I usually know exactly what to do, and have to do it quick because of the gypsum especially...
the theme is in my mind but I never know how the painting will finally look like... I just take it step by step.
I am not trying to illustrate a theme, I am trying to communicate a feeling.

:) you are looking at a ballerina with her head down (in the left side) and with her "tutu" = skirt like a flower on the right side of the painting....she is bending....
